代谢组学在中药配伍减毒中的应用进展

有毒中药毒性复杂,常通过配伍的方式达到减毒的目的,但配伍后的毒性改变尚未清楚,因此有毒中药配伍后的毒性评估至关重要,是临床用药前的重要环节.代谢组学在评估药物毒性方面具有显著的优势,但目前缺乏配伍减毒后毒性评估的系统性论述,故笔者梳理了近年来代谢组学运用于有毒中药配伍减毒中的相关文献.笔者从代谢组学的概况及代谢组学在含有毒中药药对、复方中展开论述,比较配伍前后的毒性生物标志物和代谢通路,将代谢过程中发生变化的代谢产物作为评估指标,探讨有毒中药配伍减毒的可能机制,以期为临床用药以及毒理学的研究提供参考.
Application progress of metabolomics in the compatibility and detoxification of traditional Chinese medicine
The toxicity of toxic Chinese medicines is complex,and the purpose of attenuating toxicity is often achieved by means of compatibility,but the toxicity change after compatibility is not clear,so the toxicity assessment after the compatibility of toxic Chinese medicines is of great importance and is an important link before clinical use.Metabolomics has significant advantages in evaluating drug toxicity,but at present there is a lack of systematic discussion on the assessment of toxicity after compatibility attenuation,so the author had sorted out the relevant articles on metabolomics applied to the compatibility and attenuation of toxic Chinese medicines in recent years.The author discussed the metabolomics and metabolomics in pairs and compounds containing toxic Chinese medicines,compared the toxic biomarkers and metabolic pathways before and after compatibility,and used metabolites that change in the metabolic process as evaluation indicators to explore the possible mechanisms of toxic Chinese medicine compatibility and attenuation,in order to provide a reference for clinical drug use and toxicology research.
