摘要
摩法是现阶段临床中常见的推拿手法之一,即在受术部位进行环行摩动的按摩手法,可广泛应用于内科、妇科、外伤、儿科等相关疾病.文章通过对现有文献的挖掘及整理,从多个方面进行了系统的研究以及梳理,重点阐述了摩法的定义、操作、参数、生物力学、现代研究、临床应用等方面内容,其中对摩法的现代研究进展进行了较为全面的阐述,将摩法与现代技术手段、手法的研究进展相联系,旨在进一步推广及加大摩法在推拿中的应用、挖掘及创新.
Abstract
Rubbing manipulation is one of the common massage techniques in clinical practice at this stage,that is,the manipulation technique of circular movement in the affected part,which can be widely used in internal medicine,gynecology,trauma,pediatrics and other related diseases.By digging and sorting out the existing literature,this paper conducted systematic research and review from many aspects,focusing on the definition,operation,parameters,biomechanics,modern research,clinical application,etc.,among which,the modern research progress of rubbing manipulation was comprehensively expounded,and the research progress of rubbing manipulation was linked with modern technical means and techniques.The purpose is to further promote and increase the application,mining and innovation of rubbing manipulation.
