中医药防治糖尿病视网膜病变研究进展

摘要
糖尿病视网膜病变是糖尿病最常见且不可逆的并发症之一,中医学认为其属于"消渴目病""萤星满目""内障""雀目""暴盲"等范畴,瘀血阻滞是其基本病机.2型糖尿病所致的糖尿病视网膜病变致盲率逐日攀升,为了更有效地防治糖尿病视网膜病变、提高患者的生活质量,中医药以其辨证施治、疗效明确、长期受益等优势受到众人关注.近年来中医药防治糖尿病视网膜病变研究逐渐增多.文章从病因病机,辨证论治,单味中药、中药复方、中药联合其他方法治疗等方面对中医药防治糖尿病视网膜病变进行探讨,并作一综述.
Abstract
Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is one of the most common and irreversible complications of diabetes mellitus,which belongs to the categories of'Xiaoke eye diease','glowing star full of eyes','internal blindness','bird's eye'and'violent blindness'in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and congestion of blood is its basic pathogenesis.The blindness rate of DR due to type 2 diabetes is increasing day by day.In order to prevent and treat DR more effectively and improve the quality of life of patients,TCM has received a lot of attention for its advantages of evidence-based treatment,clear efficacy and long-term benefits.In recent years,research on the prevention and treatment of DR in TCM has gradually increased.This paper discussed the prevention and treatment of DR with TCM from several aspects,including etiological and pathogenesis,treatment based on pattern differentiation,single herbal medicine,compound herbal medicine,and Chinese medicine combined treatment with other methods,and reviewed them.
