摘要
目的:分析高建忠运用桂枝茯苓丸治疗痤疮的临床用药规律.方法:收集高建忠教授运用桂枝茯苓丸治疗痤疮且复诊有效的病案38例.基于形式概念分析理论,建立形式背景,生成属性偏序结构图,探析痤疮的主证与兼证以及与之对应的临床用药规律.结果:痤疮主要症状见皮损红或红肿、皮损痛、皮损质硬、眠差、大便黏软不畅、大便干等;常见加药有炒鸡内金、白花蛇舌草、党参、地肤子、炒蒺藜等.结论:高建忠教授治疗痤疮的用药规律为通有形之瘀、除内之郁热同时重视后天之本,顾护脾胃之气.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the corresponding rules of clinical medication of professor GAO Jianzhong's application of Guizhi Fuling Pills in the treatment of acne.Methods:A total of 38 medical records of acne treated with Guizhi Fuling Pills by professor GAO Jianzhong were collected.Based on the theory of formal concept analysis,the formal background was established,the attribute partial order structure diagram was generated,and the main symptoms and concurrent symptoms of acne and the corresponding rules of clinical medication were analyzed.Results:The main symptoms of acne included red or swollen skin lesion,skin lesion pain,hard skin lesion,poor sleep,soft and unsmooth stool,dry stool,and so on.Common added drugs were frying Galli Gigerii Endothelium Corneum,Herba Hedyotis,Codonopsis Radix,Kochiae Fructus,frying Tribuli Fructus,and so on.Conclusion:Professor GAO Jianzhong's medication principle in the treatment of acne is to clear visible blood stasis,remove internal stagnation and heat,pay attention to acquired foundation,and take care of spleen and stomach function.
