从《阴证略例》议太阴表证的虚实辨治

摘要
《伤寒论》在太阳病篇分伤寒表实和中风表虚,将表证再分虚实两端,可谓纲举目张.然而其余五经病虽亦皆有表证,但因其时代背景的特殊性,使《伤寒论》整体呈现出详寒略温、详外感而略内伤的特点.是故未能将其余五经病表证一一详列治方.这些空缺随后世内伤学说和温病学派的兴立有得到一定弥补.经研读《阴证略例》认为神术汤、白术汤可为治太阴表证中伤寒表实、中风表虚的经典方剂.故文章通过厘清六经表证的分类及太阴表证的实质,试论《阴证略例》对太阴表证虚实辨治的贡献.
Abstract
The sun disease in Shanghan Lun is divided into typhoid fever and apoplexy,and the symptoms are divided into both ends of deficiency and excess,which can be described as a compendium.However,the other five meridian diseases also have exterior symptoms,but due to the particularity of their historical background,the whole Shanghan Lun presents the characteristics of detailed cold slightly warm,detailed external feeling and slightly internal injury.It is the reason why the other five meridian exterior symptoms are not listed in detail.These vacancies are later made up by the rise of the theory of internal injury and the school of febrile diseases.After studying Yinzheng Lueli,it is believed that Shenzhu Decoction and Baizhu Decoction can be the classic prescriptions for treating typhoid fever and apoplexy in Taiyin,exterior syndrome.Therefore,by clarifying the classification of the six meridian exterior syndrome and the essence of the Taiyin,exterior syndrome,to discuss the contribution of Yinzheng Lueli to the differentiation and treatment of Taiyin,exterior syndrome.
