Analysis and thinking on the present situation of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment of liver diseases based on literature
Objective:To analyze the current situation of external treatment of liver diseases by bibliometrics,summarize the research status,trends and difficulties in this field,and put forward solutions.Methods:After determining the search terms,the'professional search'was selected through CNKI to search literature,and the results of literature type,publication time distribution,treatment distribution,disease type distribution,literature type,journal distribution were analyzed.Results:A total of 1 396 literatures were obtained.According to the distribution of publication time,the literatures on external treatment of liver diseases had a downward trend in recent years.The most commonly reported external treatment methods were Chinese herbal enema,liver disease therapeutic instrument,umbilicus therapy,acupoint injection and sticking therapy,with a total of 903 articles,accounting for 64.68%of the total.From the perspective of disease distribution,viral hepatitis had the largest amount of external treatment literature,and the distribution of treatment for different diseases was also different.In terms of literature content,962 clinical effectiveness studies were published the most,accounting for 68.91%of the total literature.A total of 1 239 academic journal literatures were distributed in 302 journals,368(29.70%)were published in Chinese core sci-tech journals,and 61(4.92%)were published in Chinese core journals.Conclusion:Based on the problems exposed by bibliometrics research,there are still some problems in the field of external treatment of liver disease,such as insufficient discipline development momentum,low literature quality,insufficient research on clinical efficacy mechanism,and urgent need to strengthen the norms of external treatment.It is necessary to take further targeted measures to promote the further development of external treatment of liver disease.
