近10年国内医疗机构制剂现状及发展浅析

摘要
文章通过中国知网检索近10年国内医疗机构制剂相关文献,参考国家和各省市颁布的相关文件,阐述了2012年以来国内医疗机构制剂发展现状,针对目前存在的制剂管理体系不规范、不完善;地域分布不均,临床定位不明确;成本倒挂,价格调整不灵活;专业人才稀缺、培训不到位;资金投入不足,设施设备不完善等不足,提出解决措施并指明未来发展方向,以期为医疗机构制剂的传承、创新和发展提供思路和借鉴.
Abstract
The article searched for relevant literature on domestic medical institution preparations in the past ten years through CNKI,referred to relevant documents issued by the country and various provinces and cities,and summarized the current development status of domestic medical institution preparations since 2012.In response to the current non-standard and imperfect formulation management system,the article pointed out that uneven geographical distribution and unclear clinical positioning;cost inversion and inflexible price adjustment;lack of professional talents and inadequate training;propose solutions and indicate future development directions for insufficient funding and inadequate facilities and equipment,in order to provide ideas and references for the inheritance,innovation,and development of medical institution formulations.
