糕剂是中医传统剂型之一,起源于中华传统饮食"糕".关于"糕"药用价值的明确记载最早见于明代《本草纲目》,而"糕剂"这一概念的形成则与唐宋时期糕文化与食疗思想的兴起有关,唐代孟诜《食疗本草》中糕与中药结合用以防治疾病的首次记载和宋代浦江吴氏《吴氏中馈录》第一首食疗糕方"五香糕"的详细记载,说明了唐宋时期糕剂的概念已初步形成;明清时期,糕剂的发展进入成熟阶段,载有糕剂的医籍文献逐渐涌现,糕剂开始被医家广泛应用于临床,主要用于治疗脾胃虚弱等诸虚病证;而近代以来,糕剂的发展逐渐又从繁荣走向衰落.
Literature research on origin and development of medicated cake
Medicated cake is one of the traditional dosage forms of traditional Chinese medicine.The origin of the medicated cake is the'cake',and the clear definition of the medicinal value of the'cake'was first seen in the Ming dynasty's Compendium of Materia Medica.While the formation of the'medicated cake'is related to the rise of cake culture and dietary therapy culture in the Tang and Song dynasties.The first record of the Chinese medicine mixed rice flour steamed to treat diseases in MENG Shen's Herbology of Dietotherapy in the Tang dynasty and the detailed record of the first medicated cake formula called'Five Spice Cake'in WUs'Zhongkuilu in the Song dynasty mark the initial formation of medicated cake.During the Ming and Qing dynasties,the development of medicated cakes entered a mature stage and began to be widely used by various doctors in clinical practice to treat various false diseases such as spleen and stomach weakness.Since modern times,the development of medicated cake has gradually moved from prosperity to decline.
