Exploration on the therapeutic mechanism of postmenopausal osteoporosis based on the theory of Xiang-fire
Traditional Chinese medicine classifies postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP)as'bone potence'.Perimenopausal women,Tiangui will be exhausted,yin blood is decreased,yin can not make yang,yang is relatively hyperactive,resulting in the body in yin deficiency yang hyperactivity state.According to the physiological characteristics of women,the methods of tonifying kidney and nourishing yin and clearing heat can be used to treat PMOP.Based on the theory of Xiang-fire,this paper points out that the etiology and pathogenesis of PMOP belong to the category of'strong fire'in'strong fire eating qi,less fire feeding qi'.If the body is consumed by strong fire for a long time,eating qi will damage yin,resulting in two deficiency of qi and yinin the body.In order to provide a new idea for the study and clinical treatment of PMOP.
