Theoretical exploration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on the understanding of the pathogenesis of anxiety state in lumbar disc herniation
Lumbar disc herniation is a common chronic spinal disease.Its characteristics are difficult to cure and its incidence rate is high.It is often accompanied by mental disorders such as anxiety disorder,which seriously affects patients'quality of life.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that pathogenesis is mainly related to the'abnormal mind and spirit'.Modem medicine believes that abnormal central system regulatory mechanisms are an important pathological factor affecting the anxiety state of lumbar disc herniation,similar to the accompanying anxiety caused by traditional Chinese medicine's'abnormal mind and spirit'.Therefore,this article is a theoretical exploration of the pathogenesis of anxiety state related to lumbar disc herniation in traditional Chinese and Western medicine,with the aim of providing a theoretical basis and direction for clinical diagnosis and treatment of anxiety state of lumbar disc herniation.
