中医古籍中地域诊疗特色研究路径

摘要
地域之间文化、社会经济、自然环境差别,产生了不同地域医学特征,形成医家独特的诊疗认知及用药特色.目前研究存在问题包括:多侧重于地域流派医家思想,缺少对地域医学体系的研究;多侧重于单方面用药规律挖掘,缺少对地域医家诊疗系统认知的研究;多侧重于地域医家群体内的共性,缺少对医家关联互动的研究;多侧重于历史人文,缺少支持地域诊疗决策的深度研究.文章提出中医古籍中地域诊疗特色研究路径:构建地域医学体系是挖掘地域诊疗特色的前提,梳理古籍医家诊疗系统认知是发掘地域诊疗特色的根本,研究地域诊疗特色传承演变的关键是医家之间关联互动,提取古籍中地域诊疗特色,实现地理决策的重要手段是多学科交叉融合.
Abstract
The differences of culture,social economy and natural environment between regions have produced different regional medical characteristics and formed the unique diagnosis and treatment cognition and medication characteristics of doctors.The existing problems in the current research include:more emphasis on the regional school of medicine thought,lack of regional medicine system;Most of them focus on the mining of unilateral drug use rules,and lack of research on the cognition of regional doctors'diagnosis and treatment system;Most of them focus on the commonness within the regional physician group,and lack of research on the physician's association and interaction;It mainly focuses on history and humanities,and lack of in-depth research to support regional diagnosis and treatment decision-making.This paper puts forward the research path of regional diagnosis and treatment characteristics in ancient Chinese medicine books:The construction of regional medical system is the premise of exploring regional diagnosis and treatment characteristics;sorting out the cognition of the diagnosis and treatment system of ancient books is the basis for exploring the characteristics of regional diagnosis and treatment;the key to studying the inheritance and evolution of regional diagnosis and treatment characteristics is the correlation and interaction among doctor;an important means to extract the regional diagnosis and treatment characteristics of ancient books and realize geographical decision-making is the interdisciplinary integration.
