From re-exploration to the book of Plain Questions Mystery Original which composed by LIU Wansu,theoretical analysis of'heat stagnation'state in knot type diseases were emphasized.Knot type diseases had vary characteristics,but in their critical stages or dangerous period of pathogenesis development,heat signs were always appeared,which was an important turning point in such diseases.Based on LIU Wansu's fire and heat theory,this article made the exploration and innovation from the combination to the pathogenesis changes of'six qi will developed into heat'and'five extreme emotions are all lead to fire syndrome'with the state theory of traditional Chinese medicine,characteristics,elements,pathogenesis changes of'heat stagnation'were explored,then gave the clinical meaning explanation from the state differentiation treatment,misdiagnosis and mistreatment and disease preventive theory,which hoping to better understand the theoretical connotations in traditional Chinese medicine classics and accurately explore the laws of disease prevention and treatment.
