"形神一体,道器融合"的玄府学说内涵及发展逻辑

"玄府"始于《黄帝内经》,扩充自刘完素,此后在眼科领域多有发挥,陈达夫先生将其融汇于六经并扩充了当代中医眼科证治体系,此后王明杰教授系统性发掘整理玄府学说,指出广义"玄府"是目前中医学对人体结构的最细微认识,内寓气血津液精神升降出入的功能.玄府的诞生源于"形神一体、道器融合"的内经时代.当前玄府学说研究大多侧重于探讨"形""器",对其结构内涵的发展具有举足轻重的作用.与此同时,玄府学说有关"神""道"的研究则相对较少,暂未引起学界关注.因此,文章基于玄府学说内涵及发展逻辑,论述玄府学说"形神一体""道器融合"的认识统一性,为玄府学说乃至中医理论的研究提供基础.
Body-spirit syncretism and Dao-qi fusion for the connotation and development of Xuanfu theory
Xuanfu is originated from Huangdi Neijing,and developed by LIU Wansu afterwards.CHEN Dafu combined the theory of Liujing and Xuanfu to develop ophthalmology in Chinese medicine.In the recent decade,professor WANG Mingjie further expanded the definition of Xuanfu and systematically raised Xuanfu theory.It is the most subtle understanding of the structure of the human body in Chinese medicine,and contains the functions of qi,blood,fluid,and spirit rising and falling.The emergence of Xuanfu can be traced back to the Neijing era of'body-spirit syncretis and Dao-qi fusion'.The current researches focus on the structural properties of the Xuanfu,which are of vital importance to broaden the structural and conceptual characteristics of Xunfu.At the same time,the research on'spirit'and'Tao'is relatively few,which has not attracted the attention of scholarly field.Based on the connotation and development logic of the Xuanfu theory,this article discusses the unity of understanding of the Xuanfu theory of'body-spirit syncretism'and'Dao-qi fusion',and provides a basis for the future development of the Xuanfu theory and even the theory of Chinese medicine.
