《黄帝内经》与《汉书·艺文志》医学知识溯源探讨

摘要
传统医学知识的发生、演变均扎根于文化与文明土壤,故在中医经典知识的系统性学习及溯源研究中,结合中华文化与文明探源,在二者互动中有助于厘清经典知识体系的历史方位,站位于这种宏阔的视角有利于增强研究者"纵观全局"的学术自信.文章从《黄帝内经》运气卷及其知识"子系统"的考证切入,厘清了运气"子系统"的知识层次与结构,进而以运气系统管窥整部《黄帝内经》的"重针"学术气质,以《黄帝内经》为例重新探讨了《汉书·艺文志》所载"医经"之义界,并结合医经、经方、神仙、房中考察了相应中医经典知识图景,退至文化与文明探源视域下,尝试将医学知识追溯至炎、黄、蚩等上古父系文化乃至母系文化层面.
Abstract
The occurrence and evolution of traditional medicine knowledge are rooted in culture and civilization.Therefore,in the systematic learning and tracing research of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge,combined with the exploration of Chinese culture and civilization,the interaction between the two will help to clarify the historical position of the classical knowledge system,and from this broad perspective will help to enhance the academic confidence of researchers in'looking at the whole situation'.This paper starts from the textual research on the qi scroll of the Huangdi Neijing and its knowledge'subsystem',clarifies the knowledge level and structure of the'subsystem'of qi,and then takes the qi system to glimpse the academic temperament of'heavy needle'in the whole Huangdi Neijing.Taking the Huangdi Neijing as an example,this paper explores the meaning of'medical classics'in the Hanshu·Yiwenzhi,and examines the corresponding knowledge picture of traditional Chinese medicine in combination with medical classics,prescriptions,immortals,and houses,returning to the perspective of exploring the origins of culture and civilization,we attempt to trace medical knowledge back to the level of ancient patriarchal and even maternal cultures such as Yan,Huang,and Chi.
