中医药防治绝经后冠心病优势述评
Review of the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of postmenopausal women with coronary heart disease

摘要
冠心病是导致绝经后女性死亡的原因之一,绝经后冠心病逐渐成为医学研究热点.西医治疗绝经后冠心病具有一定的局限性,中医"治未病"理论、整体观念、辨证论治的治疗原则以及中医外治法在治疗本病的临床实践过程中显示出了独特优势.文章就中医药对本病的认识及其治疗本病的特色优势进行综述,以期更好地指导绝经后冠心病的临床治疗.
Abstract
Coronary heart disease(CVD)is one of the main causes of death in postmenopausal women,and postmenopausal women with CVD have gradually become a hot spot for medical research.Current modern medicine has limitations in the treatment of CVD in postmenopausal women,while traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has unique advantages in the clinical treatment,which is attributed to its theory of'treating the untreated disease',holistic vision,therapeutic principles of evidence-based treatment,and the external treatment.This study reviewes the understanding of TCM for postmenopausal women with CVD and its distinctive advantages in the treatment,to better guide the clinical treatment of postmenopausal women with CVD.
