摘要
中医证候规范化是中医实现现代化及顺应社会发展的必然趋势.肩袖损伤在临床中发病率较高,中医药疗法在治疗肩袖损伤方面具有独特的优势.然而迄今肩袖损伤的辨证分型及中医证候仍不规范,使临床医生在诊治过程中产生了一定的困扰,不利于实现中医现代化.因此,为了推动中医在肩袖损伤领域的规范化和标准化,有必要对现有的辨证分型和证候进行规范化的研究和探讨.文章主要阐述肩袖损伤辨证分型及中医证候规范化研究现状及问题,提出肩袖损伤辨证分型及中医证候规范化研究的思路与方法,以期为后续的研究提供参考.
Abstract
The standardization of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes is an inevitable trend for TCM to realize modernization and conform to social development.The incidence of rotator cuff injury is high in clinic,and Chinese medicine therapy has unique advantages in the treatment of rotator cuff injury.But up to now,the syndrome differentiation and TCM syndrome of rotator cuff injury are still not standardized,which bring some trouble to the diagnosis and treatment of clinicians,and are not conducive to the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,in order to promote the normalization and standardization of TCM in the field of rotator cuff injury,it is necessary to study and explore the existing syndrome differentiation and syndrome.This paper mainly expounds the status quo and problems of the research on the syndrome classification of rotator cuff injury and the standardization of TCM syndrome,and puts forward the thoughts and methods of the research on the syndrome classification of rotator cuff injury and the standardization of TCM syndrome,in order to provide reference for the subsequent research.
