摘要
形态结构与能量特征是机体代谢情况的重要表现,研究发现9种体质的热结构具有可辨识性,体质的不同代谢特点是其外显特征的内在基础,不同体质的形态结构和热分布具有差异性.据此提出"体质-热结构相关论",认为体质因素是热图像表征的重要基础,特定体质的形态结构和热分布可由热结构特征得以区分,在临床诊疗、科研路径的应用具有重要意义.未来期望结合覆盖生命全周期的量表进行分段、分人群的红外热成像研究,并进一步制定相关行业指南规范,对实现九体辨识的客观化具有重要价值.
Abstract
Morphological structure and thermal distribution are important manifestations of body metabolism.It is found that the thermal structure of 9 TCM constitutions can be identified.The different metabolic characteristics of constitutions are the internal basis of their explicit characteristics,and the morphological structure and thermal distribution of different constitutions are different.Based on this,the'TCM constitution-thermal structure correlation theory'was proposed,which holds that physical factors are an important basis for thermal image characterization,and the morphological structure and thermal distribution of a specific constitution can be distinguished by thermal structure characteristics,which is of great significance in the macro identification of clinical diagnosis,treatment and scientific research path.In the future,it is expected to carry out segmented and population-specific infrared thermal imaging studies combined with the scale covering the whole life cycle,and further formulate relevant industry guidelines and norms,which are of great value to the realization of the objectification of 9 TCM constitutions'identification.
