Inheritance and development of'wind evil hidden in the veins'to'micro-zhengjia'in diabetic kidney disease and the thought of'controlling blood stasis from wind'
The theory of'wind evil hidden in the veins'of diabetic kidney disease was put forward on the basis of the theory of'micro-zhengjia'.It is believed that while inheriting the treatment of dissolving blood stasis and dissipating knots to prevent and treat'micro-zhengjia',we should also pay attention to eliminating the impact of'wind pathogens'on the development of the disease,understanding and dealing with the relationship between wind pathogens and blood stasis,and flexibly apply wind medicine.In the broad category of wind medicine,many medicines have the dual effect of dispelling wind and removing blood stasis,and have good curative effect on the treatment of various diseases and syndromes related to blood stasis including diabetic kidney disease.In this paper,the idea of applying wind herbs to treat blood stasis-related pathological states was briefly described as the idea of'treat blood stasis from wind',which is a summary and refinement of'treatment from the wind'.And summarized its specific application in diabetic nephropathy would help to improve clinical efficacy and broaden the treatment ideas of blood stasis-related diseases and syndromes.
