基于《素问(遗篇)》探讨脓毒症病理与治疗

三虚兼"邪鬼"致病说是《素问(遗篇)》认识外感病的重要理论,对指导脓毒症的辨治有重要意义,笔者从三虚兼"邪鬼"致病说探讨脓毒症因机证治,认为人气不足是脓毒症发病的先决条件、人气与天气如虚是脓毒症发病的基础因素、外染"邪鬼"是脓毒症发病的决定因素、"邪鬼"扰乱营卫是脓毒症传变的重要因素,人神失守是脓毒症加重及患者死亡的根本原因.脓毒症治疗可据患者体质及天地气交特点,以司天方为基础方调天人气化,并选用清热活血化痰药以祛"邪鬼"、选用扶助正气之剂以固护神气.
Discussion on pathology and treatment of sepsis based on Plain Questions(Posthumous)
The theory of three deficiencies and'evil spirits'is an important theory in the Plain Questions(Posthumous)for understanding disease caused by exogenous pathogenic factor,which is important for guiding the diagnosis and treatment of sepsis.Therefore,the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of sepsis from the theory of three deficiencies and'evil spirits'are discussed.In this paper,it is believed that deficiency in renqi(the vital energy of the human body)is a prerequisite for the development of sepsis,deficiency in renqi and weather is a basic factor in the development of sepsis,external'evil spirits'is a decisive factor in the development of sepsis,internal'evil spirits'disturbing ying and wei is an important factor in the transmission of sepsis,and the loss of human spirit is the root cause of the aggravation of sepsis and death of patients.The treatment of sepsis can be based on the patient's constitution and the local qi interchange between heaven and earth by using the basic formula of Sitian to regulate the qi of the heaven and human beings,using the formula of clearing heat and detoxifying toxins,removing phlegm and stasis to get rid of'evil spirits',and using the formula of supporting the healthy qi to consolidate the spirit and qi.
