白脉是藏医学中比较独特的内容之一,从白脉的概念、解剖、功能等方面能够了解其独特性."白脉"是藏医学中脑及脑系所生白脉的总称,是感官意识和行为活动的重要载体.五官的五镜认识和肢体活动是通过白脉的功能而实现的.阐述藏医学"白脉"对脑卒中等疾病的病因病机及治疗方法的认识有很大帮助.正确认识"白脉"概念、解剖和功能,有助于发挥藏医学对脑卒中等疾病的治疗.
Abstract
White vein is one of the more unique contents in Tibetan medicine,and its uniqueness can be understood from the concept,anatomy,function,and other aspects.'White vein'is a general term for white veins from the brain and brain system in Tibetan medicine,and is an important carrier of sensory consciousness and behavioral activities.The five-mirror cognition and physical activity of the five facial features are realized through the function of the white vein.The'white vein'elaborated by Tibetan medicine is of great help to understand the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment methods of stroke and other diseases.By correctly understanding the concept of'white vein'and its anatomy and function,Tibetan medicine can help the treatment of stroke and other diseases.
