摘要
目的:探讨慢性失眠患者舌象特征.方法:纳入慢性失眠患者211例,先与健康人110名进行舌象指标分析;再把失眠者辨为4种证型,比较各证型的舌色、舌象纹理及舌苔指数指标.结果:与健康组比较,失眠组舌质、舌苔S、a、b、Cr、ASM值更高,舌质I、Y、Cb及舌质、舌苔的CON、ENT、MEAN,Per-all更低(P＜0.05).与痰热扰心、心脾两虚证比,肝火扰心、心肾不交证舌质a值更高,舌质、舌苔L值更低;Per-all值更低.痰热扰心证舌质CON、ENT,舌苔MEAN高于心肾不交、心脾两虚证(P＜0.05).结论:慢性失眠者舌质更红、舌色更暗、饱和度更高,舌纹理更细腻,舌苔面积较小.肝火扰心、心肾不交证舌质更红.痰热扰心、心脾两虚证舌质、舌苔亮度较高,舌苔面积更大.痰热扰心证舌质、舌苔纹理更粗糙.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the characteristics of tongue images in patients with chronic insomnia.Methods:A total of 211 patients with chronic insomnia were enrolled.After comparing the tongue image index of the patients with that of 110 healthy individuals,four syndrome kinds were determined.The tongue color,tongue texture and tongue coating index of each syndrome type were compared.Results:Compared with the healthy group,the tongue body and tongue coating S,a,b,Cr,ASM values were higher in the insomnia group;Conversely,the values of tongue body,I,Y,and Cb,as well as CON,ENT,MEAN of tongue body and tongue coating,and Per-all were lower(P＜0.05).Compared with the syndrome of phlegm-heat disturbing the heart and heart and spleen deficiency,a value of tongue body is higher,the L value of tongue body and tongue coating is lower,and the Per-all value is lower.In the syndrome of phlegm-heat disturbing the heart,the tongue body CON,ENT,and the tongue coating MEAN were higher than those of the syndrome of heart-kidney incoordination and deficiency of both heart and spleen(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Compared the tongue of chronic insomnias with healthy people,find that the tongue body color is redder;the tongue lightness is darker;the color saturation is higher;the tongue texture is more delicate;the tongue coating area is smaller.The tongue body is redder in liver fire disturbing heart syndrome,as well as heart and kidney failing to communicate syndrome.The tongue body and coating has a higher brightness,tongue coating area is larger in phlegm-heat disturbing the heart syndrome and deficiency of both heart and spleen syndrome.The texture of tongue coating are rougher in phlegm-heat disturbing the heart syndrome.
