摘要
云南戴氏经方医学流派是云南省中医学界的一个影响深远的中医学流派,自清代至今已逾百年.该流派以中医学家戴丽三为标志性医家,精深的医术造诣,自成一派,独树一帜.戴氏经方医学流派强调包容性,兼容并蓄.学术思想为医哲一体,寓哲于医;寒温一统,经时结合;参合汇通,学术包容;临证时首辨阴阳,辨析运用"阴证阳证十二字辨诀",重阳顾阴.临证注重气化,把握"开门法"和"转阳法",文章介绍加味麻桂各半汤、桑叶连贝散、附子桂枝独活寄生汤、藿香桂枝汤、久咳保肺汤等戴氏流派验方.
Abstract
The Yunnan DAIs'school of classical formula medicine is a far-reaching impact school of Chinese medicine in Yunnan Province.It has been more than a century since the Qing dynasty.This school features Chinese medicine scientist DAI Lisan as its iconic physician,with profound medical attainments,forming a school of its own and unique.The Dai's school of classical formula medicine emphasizes inclusiveness and inclusion.Academic thought is integration of medicine and philosophy,philosophy in medicine;cold and warmth are unified,classical prescriptions and non-classical prescriptions are combined;convergence and academic inclusion.While in clinical practice,identify yin and yang first,apply the'12-character formula for identifying yin and yang',pay attention to yang and yin.Clinical attach importance to qi-transformation,grasp the'open door method'and'turn yang method'.This article introduces some DAIs'school recipes,such as Jiawei Magui Geban Decoction,Sangye Lianbei Powder,Fuzi Guizhi Duhuo Jisheng Decoction,Huoxiang Guizhi Decoction,Jiuke Baofei Decoction and so on.
