益肾调心法治疗低促性排卵障碍理法探析

低促性腺激素性性腺功能减退是排卵障碍的原因之一,其对于女性生殖内分泌的不利影响受到临床重视.目前,中医尚缺乏对其病机治法的研究,国医大师夏桂成教授创立的"心(脑)-肾-子宫轴"为中医妇科生殖内分泌疾病的研究提供了方向.文章从中西医生殖轴互参中分析了低促性排卵障碍的病因病机,提出了"心肾不交"为病机关键,论证了益肾调心治法的有效性,并根据肾中阴阳偏颇拟定治疗方案,革新了该病的论治理念,以期为临床提供指导.
Analysis of the principles and methods of treating hypogonadotropic hypogonadism with Yishen Tiaoxin method
Hypogonadotropic hypogonadism is one of the causes of ovulation disorders,and its adverse effects on female reproductive endocrine have received more and more clinical attention.However,there is still a lack of research on its pathogenesis and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The'heart(brain)-kidney-uterus axis'founded by the TCM master,professor XIA Guicheng,provides a direction for the research on the pathogenesis and treatment of gynecology in TCM.This paper analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of hypogonadotropic hypogonadism from the interaction of traditional Chinese and Western medicine reproductive axis,putting forward that'incompatibility between the heart and kidney'is the key to the pathogenesis,and the effectiveness of Yishen Tiaoxin method is demonstrated.Based on the difference of yin and yang in the kidney,a treatment plan was formulated,innovating the treatment concept of this disease,with a view to provide clinical guidance.
