一元盈缩视域下的血压形成机制

摘要
基于中医"象"思维,血压的形成与中医一元盈缩理论具有极大的相似性,血管的舒缩与气的盈缩相对应:血管收缩是气缩状态在血管的反映,血管舒张是气盈状态在血管的反映.作为洞悉人身万象的法门,一元盈缩理论认为一元真气的周流运动是万物变化发展的根本,关乎人体健康与否.因此,文章回归中医本源——气,基于一元盈缩探讨血压形成与血压异常的机制,并在此基础上提出治疗血压异常类疾病的治则治法,期冀为中医治疗血压异常类疾病提供新思路.
Abstract
Based on the thinking of'image'in traditional Chinese medicine,the formation of blood pressure is very similar to the theory of surplus and contraction of original qi in traditional Chinese medicine.The relaxation and tension of blood vessels correspond to the surplus and contraction of qi:the contraction of blood vessels is the reflection of the state of qi contraction in blood vessels,and the relaxation of blood vessels is the reflection of the state of qi surplus in blood vessels.To know everything about the human body,the theory of surplus and contraction of original qi believes that the circular movement of original qi is the root of the change and development of everything related to human health.Therefore,try to return to the origin of traditional Chinese medicine:Qi,and explore the formation mechanism of blood pressure and abnormal blood pressure from the perspective of surplus and contraction of original qi,and based on this,put forward the treatment principles of abnormal blood pressure diseases,hoping to provide new ideas for traditional Chinese medicine to treat abnormal blood pressure diseases.
