国医大师洪广祥从脾胃论治肺癌化学治疗不良反应经验

摘要
肺癌为全球癌症死亡的主要原因,化疗仍为对其治疗的主要方法,但其不良反应常使患者无法耐受,甚至中断治疗.洪广祥教授对于中医药治疗肺癌化疗不良反应时紧扣"脾胃虚弱"的核心病机,治疗原则包括:培土生金,增效减毒;肝脾同调,神形同治;调和阴阳,温而不燥;以补助攻,防治转移.最后举验案一则,理论联系实际,以期为中医药治疗肺癌化疗不良反应提供新思路.
Abstract
Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer death in the world.Chemotherapy is still the main treatment for lung cancer,but the adverse reactions caused by its toxic and side effects often make patients unable to tolerate and even interrupt treatment.Professor HONG Guangxiang closely focuses on the core pathogenesis of'spleen and stomach weakness'when treating adverse reactions of lung cancer chemotherapy with traditional Chinese medicine.The principles of treatment include:Raising soil to produce gold,enhancing effect and reducing toxicity;Liver and spleen homology,harmony of body and spirit;Harmonize yin and yang,warm but not dry;To subsidize attack,prevention and control transfer.Finally,a case study is presented,which combines theory with practice,in order to provide a new idea for the treatment of lung cancer chemotherapy adverse reactions by traditional Chinese medicine.
