摘要
遗精是男科临床常见的疾病,其病机繁杂,病程较长,常引发患者紧张焦虑心理.国医大师王世民教授深耕杏林60余年,对男科疾病治疗有独到见解.王教授认为遗精"非精满则溢,实为欲动则溢",精神情志因素对遗精发生发展具有重要影响,提出"遗精从心论治"的学术观点,认为心神心气妄动是遗精发病的根本病机,治疗当以"清心气,安心神,疏欲念"为要,兼顾肝、脾、肾等脏辨证遣方,结合心理疏导和养生调适,治疗遗精临床效果显著.
Abstract
Spermatorrhea is a common disease in andrology.Its pathogenesis is complicated and its course is long,which often causes patients to be nervous and anxious.Professor WANG Shimin,a TCM master,has more than 60 years of clinical experience in TCM,and has unique opinions on the treatment of andrological diseases.He believes that spermatorrhea,occurring from'not due to excess of Jing but from the overflow caused by desire'and the spiritual and emotional factors have an important impact on the occurrence and development of spermatorrhea,should be treated from the heart.The main cause of spermatorrhea is the erratic movement of heart spirit and heart qi,and the treatment focuses on'clearing the heart qi,calming the heart spirit,and dispersing the thoughts of desire'.By taking into account the organs of liver,spleen,and kidney for differential diagnosis and prescription,combined with psychological counseling and health regulation,the clinical effect of treating spermatorrhea is remarkable.
