国医大师王新陆治疗痛风经验探析

摘要
痛风是近年来临床常见病、多发病.国医大师王新陆教授认为尿酸血浊是痛风发病的关键因素,并创新性提出"脾肾亏虚为本,血浊壅痹为渐,炙筋灼骨为发"的病理概括,临证根据不同时期以及病情变化特点,创立"培补脾肾,清化血浊,利水除湿,消散火毒"之法,对痛风辨证治疗.文章系统总结王新陆教授治疗痛风的临证经验,并附验案一则,以期为本病治疗提供思路.
Abstract
Gout is a common and frequently-occurring disease in recent years.Professor WANG Xinlu,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,believes that uric acid blood turbidity is a key factor in the pathogenesis of gout,and generally puts forward the pathological summary of gout's deficiency'spleen and kidney weakness as the root,blood turbidity accumulation as the gradual,and burn the bones as the attack'.According to the characteristics of different periods and disease changes in clinical practice,he creates a method of'tonifying spleen and kidney,clearing blood turbidity,promoting diuresis to remove dampness,and dispelling fire toxin'to treat gout based on syndrome differentiation.This article systematically summarizes Professor WANG Xinlu's clinical experience in the treatment of gout,and attached a proven case,in order to provide ideas for the treatment of this disease.
