运用"四舒法"论治胃心综合征探析

摘要
胃心综合征主要由胃部疾病所引起的一系列消化系统症状与心前区疼痛症状,多无明显诱因可伴有胸闷气短,心脏检查多无异常,应用解痉止酸药物可获缓解.中医胃心同病是指胃部症状与心脏不适感同时出现,如胃痛引起心律失常,或心脏憋闷时出现胃脘不适等,皆可按胃心同病来治.其病虚实夹杂,情志异常或饮食不节引起气血逆行而发;或气机阻滞,气血不足,痰瘀内停,心络闭阻互为诱发甚至加重.单兆伟在继承和发扬孟河医学治疗特色基础上,提出"四舒法":舒胃降气、舒痹止痛、舒心除烦、舒益宁神,收效甚佳,其在中医辨治胃心综合征的独到见解和丰富的临床经验值得学习和推广.
Abstract
Stomach heart syndrome is mainly caused by a series of digestive system symptoms and precordial pain symptoms caused by stomach diseases.It has no obvious inducement,chest tightness and shortness of breath,and most of them have no heart examination abnormality and antispasmodic and acid relieving drugs can relieve it.Gastrocardiopathy refers to the simultaneous occurrence of gastric symptoms and cardiac discomfort,as stomach ache causes arrhythmia or heart suffocates appears epigastric discomfort.It caused by deficiency and excess,abnormal emotion or improper diet causing qi and blood retrograde,qi block,deficiency of qi and blood,stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis or qi and heart collateral block,which can induce and even aggravate each other.On the basis of inheriting and carrying forward characteristics of Menghe medical treatment,SHAN Zhaowei innovatively put forward four regulating therapy:Smoothing stomach and reducing qi,removing arthralgia and relieving pain,soothing and relieving restlessness,relieving restlessness and benefiting spirit,which has obtained great clinical curative effect and worth to spread.Professor SHAN's unique views and clinical experience in traditional Chinese medicine differentiation and treatment of stomach heart syndrome are worth learning and promoting.
