从"阳化气,阴成形"理论论治大肠腺瘤

摘要
"阳化气,阴成形"理论是对人体正常脏腑功能的高度概括,"阳化气不足,阴成形太过"是大肠腺瘤形成的核心病机.具体体现在肺脾肾三脏阳气不足,导致痰饮、水湿、瘀血内停,聚而成形,形成腺瘤,阴邪郁久,化生热毒,可导致大肠腺瘤癌变,内镜下切除术后,有形之邪已除,无形之余毒未清,导致其高复发率.周斌教授临床治疗大肠腺瘤以"阳化气,阴成形"为理论指导,在温补肺脾肾三脏阳气、化痰、利湿、散瘀的同时,兼顾大肠腺瘤热毒瘀滞的状态,辅以清热解毒防癌之品.
Abstract
The theory of'yang transforming qi,yin constituting the body'is a high generalization of normal viscera function of human body.'Insufficient yang transforming qi and yin constituting the body too much'is the core pathogenesis of colorectal adenoma formation.It is specifically reflected in the deficiency of yang qi in the lungs,spleen and kidney,which leads to phlegm drink,water dampness,blood stasis,and accumulation,forming adenoma.Yin evil stagnates for a long time,metaplasia and heat toxicity,which can lead to carcinogenesis of colorectal adenoma.After endoscopic resection,visible evil has been removed and invisible residual poison has not been cleared,resulting in a high recurrence rate.Professor ZHOU Bin clinical treatment of colorectal adenoma is guided by the theory of'yang transforming qi,yin constituting the body',while warming and nourishing the yang of lung,spleen and kidney,eliminating phlegm,promoting dampness and removing blood stasis,he also taking into account the state of colorectal adenoma heat toxin stasis,supplemented with heat-clearing and detoxification anti-cancer products.
