运用象思维的哲学原理,将象思维分为表象和意象两大类,并细分为元象、物象、比象、道象、具象、维象6种类,按照各自特性分别对应病机分层中类证病机、基本病机、阶段病机、兼夹病机、即时病机、潜伏病机"六机",指导临床辨证.并从唯象角度提出捕象、释象、分层、诊断、立法、靶药六步诊疗法形成"6-6-6"象思维诊疗模式,对临床具有较大的指导和应用价值.
Application of pathogenesis stratification method based on thinking principle of image
Based on the philosophical principle,imagery thinking can be divided into two categories:representation and imagery.It is subdivided into six small categories:meta-image,physical image,comparative image,Taoist image,concrete image and dimensional image.According to their respective characteristics,the imagery thinking corresponded to six pathogenesis types in the pathogenesis hierarchy,i.e.,pathogenesis type syndrome,basic pathogenesis,stage pathogenesis,concurrent pathogenesis,immediate pathogenesis and latent pathogenesis,which can help guide clinical syndrome differentiation.From the perspective of phenomenology,the six-step diagnosis and treatment method of image capture,image interpretation,stratification,diagnosis,legislation and target drug is proposed to form the'6-6-6'image thinking diagnosis and treatment mode,which has great guiding and application value for clinical practice.
