基于少阳枢机理论分期辨治帕金森病"开-关"现象

摘要
帕金森病"开-关"现象是帕金森病的重要运动并发症之一,"开"期与"关"期的症状波动严重影响患者日常生活.少阳枢机不利是帕金森病"开-关"现象的根本病机,治疗上分为"开"期开折与"关"期合折两个时期,以和解枢机为主要治疗原则,使用小柴胡汤作为主方进行加减化裁、分期辨治,或运枢转合,或运枢转开,令枢机调畅,"开-关"自解.
Abstract
The'open-close'phenomenon is one of the serious motor complications of Parkinson's disease,and the motor fluctuation during the'on'and'close'periods seriously affects patients'daily life.The dysfunction of the Shaoyang pivot is the source of'open-close'phenomenon.The treatment is divided into'on'period and'close'period,the main principle of treatment is harmonizing the pivot mechanism,and using Xiao Chaihu Decoction as main formula for adjusting.It can be treated in stages,either rotate the pivot to close or rotate the pivot to open,the pivot revolves normally,then'open-close'phenomenon is released.
