摘要
文章总结了王平教授临证应用培元泻火法辨治复发性口腔溃疡(RAU)的临床经验.王教授以"治病求本"的思想为根本,认为RAU多属本虚标实之证,其口腔溃疡反复发作、病程缠绵主要源于脾肾元气亏虚,因元气亏虚而致虚火上炎、心经火热、肝经郁热等为其病之标,论治时当标本兼治,重视培补元气,兼以清热泻火,灵活运用补益药及清热药.同时,结合临床验案2则,阐析了王教授以培元泻火法论治RAU的辨证思路及遣方用药.
Abstract
This paper summarizes professor WANG Ping's clinical experience in treating recurrent aphthous ulcer with raising yuan and expelling fire method.Professor WANG,based on the idea of'seeking the root of disease',believes that recurrent aphthous ulcer is mostly the syndrome of deficiency in root and excess in superficiality.The recurrent course of oral ulcer is mainly due to deficiency of spleen and kidney qi.The deficiency of qi leads to deficiency fire and inflammation,heart meridian fire and heat,and liver meridian depression and heat.When treating diseases,we should treat both symptoms and root causes,pay attention to the cultivation of Yuanqi,and use heat-clearing and fire-reducing drugs to flexibly use tonifying drugs and heat-clearing drugs.At the same time,combined with the two clinical cases,the dialectical thinking and prescription medication of professor WANG Ping in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer by raising yuan and expelling fire method were elucidated.
