摘要
"腰背委中求"是《针灸大全》中收录的临床指导性语句,为针灸学者所熟知,现今仍广泛应用于临床;该规律是前人基于大量临床实践总结得出,后人多基于经络循行,以"委中穴-足太阳膀胱经-腰背"为其提供理论支持.随着科技的发展,或可从一个更客观的视角,为"腰背委中求"提供新的阐释与支持.笔者尝试基于现有临床及基础研究,以理化特性、神经解剖、神经影像、皮肤微循环、肌肉骨骼病变等多角度阐释其科学内涵.
Abstract
The clinical guiding sentence'treatment of the back pain at the Weizhong(BL40)acupoint'is included in The Complete Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,which is still widely used in clinical practice.Predecessors summarized this rule based on clinical experience and clinical practice,while later generations explained this rule using channels and collaterals,and took'Weizhong(BL40)point-bladder meridian of foot sun-lumbar area'as its theoretical support.With the advancement of science and technology,however,a more objective viewpoint may provide new interpretation and support for'treatment of the back pain at the Weizhong(BL40)acupoint'.The authors attempt to discuss its scientific connotation from multiple perspectives,including physical and chemical properties,neuroanatomy,neuroimaging,skin microcirculation,and musculoskeletal lesions,based on existing clinical and basic research.
