Discussion on the safety and anatomical structure of intraorbital direct needling
Eye acupunctu re is a kind of micro acupuncture therapy,which is widely used in clinic because of its unique advantages.Direct orbital puncture is one of acupuncture techniques of eye acupuncture,although the curative effect of orbital direct acupuncture was exact,its clinical application was less.It was found that the reason was that the ocular anatomical structure was complex,the possibility of bleeding after acupuncture was large,and the acceptance of patients was low.The current operation specification of orbital direct needling of eye acupuncture has not made clear provisions on its acupuncture safety,and there is a lack of anatomical data to prove its safety range.Now,by consulting relevant materials,from the perspective of ancient doctors'understanding of dangerous points and TIAN Weizhu's relevant clinical experience,and on the basis of modern anatomical understanding,determine the anatomical distance between the eyeball and the orbit,and look for the acupuncture direction,entry point and entry depth of orbital direct needling,in order to supplement the operational norms of orbital acupuncture,provide reference for clinicians,and make orbital direct needling more widely used.
