摘要
艾滋病抑郁症是艾滋病病程中常见的精神障碍疾病,对HIV/AIDS患者的生活质量、服药依从性、疗效等产生了严重影响,但目前仍无统一的诊疗方案.归纳分析近年来艾滋病抑郁症的中医相关文献,认为其病因病机主要有不良情绪刺激、久病气血耗伤、痰瘀阻滞心神等;目前其辨证分型仍不统一,现代医家多使用丹栀逍遥散、柴胡汤加龙骨牡蛎汤、归脾汤等方治疗;其治疗措施除中药外,针灸、情志护理等非药物疗法也不可忽视.文章对艾滋病抑郁症相关中医研究进行分析和总结,并提出自己的思考,以期为中医临床选方治疗提供参考.
Abstract
AIDS depression is a common mental disorder in the course of AIDS,which has a serious impact on the quality of life,medication compliance and efficacy of HIV/AIDS patients,but there is still no unified diagnosis and treatment plan.Inductive analysis of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)related literature on AIDS depression in recent years,it is believed that its etiology and pathogenesis mainly include bad emotional stimulation,long-term disease with qi and blood consumption,phlegm and blood stasis blocking mind,etc.At present,its syndrome differentiation is still not uniform.Modern doctors mostly use Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder,Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction,Guipi Decoction and other prescriptions for treatment;in addition to herbal treatment,non-drug therapies such as acupuncture and emotional care cannot be ignored.This paper analyzes and summarizes the TCM research related to AIDS depression,and puts forward its own thinking,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of TCM.
