基于近红外光谱分析方法的中医舌诊研究进展

摘要
舌诊是中医望诊中的重要内容之一,通过舌质、舌苔颜色、舌形的量化判断,为辨证论治提供重要依据.近红外光谱分析是一种通过建立模型对样本进行定性和定量预测分析的方法,具有分析精度高、重现性好、实时分析的优点.近红外光谱的舌诊客观化研究,将光谱分析技术与中医舌诊相结合,从近红外波段范围探索舌体反映的生理和病理信息,为中医舌诊客观化提供更新的方法学研究途径.文章简要介绍近红外光谱的基本原理,并从光谱数据分析方法以及临床研究两方面归纳舌诊近红外光谱法相关研究与应用进展,系统梳理了光谱技术在病、证分类,血液成分定量预测,舌象特征提取以及舌下络脉研究取得的进展,并对现有研究存在的问题提出新的方向及展望.
Abstract
Tongue diagnosis is one of the important contents of inspection diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine.Through the quantitative judgment of tongue quality,tongue coating color and tongue shape,it provides an important basis for syndrome differentiation and treatment.Near infrared spectrum analysis is a method for qualitative and quantitative prediction analysis of samples by establishing models.It has the advantages of high accuracy,good reproducibility and real-time analysis.The study of tongue diagnosis objectification by near infrared spectroscopy combines the spectral analysis technology with traditional Chinese medicine tongue diagnosis to explore the physiological and pathological information reflected by the tongue body from the near infrared band range,so as to provide an updated methodological research approach for the objectification of traditional Chinese medicine tongue diagnosis.In this paper,the basic principle of near infrared spectroscopy is briefly introduced,and the relevant research and application progress of near infrared spectroscopy for tongue diagnosis is summarized from two aspects of spectral data analysis methods and clinical studies.The progress of spectral technology in disease and syndrome classification,quantitative prediction of blood components,tongue image feature extraction and sublingual complexation research is systematically reviewed.It also puts forward new directions and prospects for existing problems.
