中药促进多发性硬化髓鞘再生的研究进展

摘要
多发性硬化是年轻人最常见的非创伤性残疾原因之一,但目前的临床治疗措施并不能阻止病情进展且不良反应较多,急需开发新的有效临床治疗措施以改善多发性硬化患者临床症状和预后.髓鞘再生可以为多发性硬化整个病程提供益处,促进髓鞘再生是一种极具潜力的多发性硬化治疗措施.中药具有多成分、多途径和多靶点的特点,在多发性硬化临床前研究中展现出良好的促髓鞘再生作用.笔者首次综述中药促进多发性硬化髓鞘再生的作用及机制,以期为多发性硬化的研究和治疗提供参考.
Abstract
Multiple sclerosis(MS)is one of the most common non traumatic causes of disability in young people.But the current clinical treatment measures cannot prevent the progress of the disease and have many adverse reactions.It is urgent to develop new effective clinical treatment measures to improve the clinical symptoms and prognosis of MS patients.Remyelination can provide benefits for the whole course of MS.Promoting remyelination is a promising treatment for MS.Traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of multi-components,multi-channels and multi-targets.It has shown a good effect of promoting remyelination in preclinical studies of MS.In this paper,the role and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in promoting the remyelination of MS were reviewed for the first time,so as to provide reference for the research and treatment of MS.
