民族医药防治增生性瘢痕的外治法概述

摘要
增生性瘢痕的发病率高,几乎是外伤、烧伤、手术后的普遍结果.现代医学治疗该病一般使用激光、压力、硅胶制剂、表皮移植以及联合治疗,但治疗效果不尽如人意.民族医药治疗增生性瘢痕特色鲜明、操作简便、疗效显著,相较于内服药物、激素、激光等疗法,民众对传统医药外治法的接受度较高.因此,笔者通过查阅近30年藏、蒙、维、傣及其他少数民族医药防治增生性瘢痕相关文献,梳理总结出少数民族治疗此病的特色外治法,以期为增生性瘢痕的治疗提供新思路,促进民族医药特色外治法的发展.
Abstract
The incidence of hypertrophic scar is high,which is almost a common result of trauma,burn and operation.Modern medical treatment of the disease is generally treated with laser,pressure,silica gel preparation,epidermal transplantation and combined treatment,but the therapeutic effect is not satisfactory.Ethnic medicine has distinct characteristics,simple operation and remarkable curative effect in the treatment of hypertrophic scar.Compared with internal medicine,hormone,laser and other therapy,the public has a higher acceptance of the external treatment of traditional medicine.Therefore,by consulting the literature related to the prevention and treatment of hypertrophic scar in Tibetan,Mongolian,Uygur,Dai and other ethnic minorities in the past 30 years,the author combs and summarizes the characteristic external treatment of this disease by ethnic minorities,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of hypertrophic scar and promote the development of characteristic external treatment of ethnic medicine.
