中医病势的概念研究

摘要
病势为中医学特有的概念,然古今医家对其认识及使用不大统一.因此,文章以古籍今著、教材共识等为基石,融古铄今,辨章分歧,一方面从文字学层面考察病与势的字形、字义、字源等,另一方面参照中医术语定义原则,试将病势的概念界定为:病势,指病变的趋势,包括疾病的发展趋势(如"病势顺逆")与疾病邪正斗争时所表现出的运动趋势(如"中气下陷")两大方面.
Abstract
It is clarified that disease trend is a specific concept of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).However,ancient and modem doctors do not have consistent understanding and use of it.Therefore,the article is based on ancient and modern works,textbook consensus,integrating the past and the present,and distinguishing differences.On the one hand,it examines the glyphs,meanings,etymology of disease and trend from the philological level,and on the other hand,it refers to the definition principles of TCM terms,it is clarified that disease trend refers to the trend of disease,including the development trend of disease(such as'the disease situation is good and reverse')and the movement trend shown by the struggle between evil and positive(such as'the middle qi sinks').
