《黄帝内经》针刺前施术准备思想探究

摘要
《黄帝内经》不仅为后世针灸学发展开辟了道路,也为构建毫针刺法基本体系及针刺安全理论框架奠定了基础,对现代针刺临床和针刺教育具有重要影响.《黄帝内经》中不仅详细记述了各类针具、针法及具体操作,也围绕针刺施术前准备,从环境、医者、患者及四时层面进行了论述.而做好针刺施术前的相关准备有利于提高针刺治疗的有效性和安全性,文章疏理了《黄帝内经》中关于针刺施术前的准备事项,对相关理论加以分析,以期为做好针刺前施术准备,减少针刺意外,提高针刺临床施术规范性提供理论参考.
Abstract
Huangdi Neijing not only paved the way for the development of acupuncture in later generations,but also laid the foundation for the construction of the basic system of millimetre acupuncture and the theoretical framework of acupuncture safety,which has an important influence on modern acupuncture clinics and acupuncture education.Huangdi Neijing not only describes in detail various types of needles,needle methods and specific operations,but also focuses on the preparation for acupuncture,from the environment,Huangdi Neijing not only describes in detail various types of needles and their specific operations,but also focuses on the preparation for acupuncture,from the environment,the doctor,the patient and the four seasons.Preparation for acupuncture helps to improve the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture treatment.The article clarifies the preparation for acupuncture in Huangdi Neijing and analyses the related theories,with the aim of providing theoretical references for good preparation for acupuncture,reducing acupuncture accidents and improving the standard of clinical acupuncture.
