《脾胃论》是金元时期著名医家李东垣的代表性著作,该书的著成标志着中医脾胃学说正式提出,对于中医理论和临床的发展具有重要的意义,是一个本里程碑式的著作.《脾胃论》一书着重的地方就在于如何调治脾胃,并从脾胃论治全身的疾病.李东垣在书中着笔极为细腻,其中尤为具有代表性的便是关于方药的服用法度,李东垣重视服药时药物的温度来顺应气机升降浮沉,重视服药的时间以借助天时的力量,重视将息、言语、劳逸以及神思对于疾病康复的影响,重视服药后的饮食禁忌而顾护脾胃功能,重视服药的剂量变化和时机适应治疗的阶段性需要等,而随着现代中医临床的发展,我们在临床上已经逐渐淡化了这些法度,有必要加以挖掘从而进一步提高临床疗效.
Probe into the method of taking medicine according to the Theory of Spleen and Stomach
The Theory of Spleen and Stomach is the representative work of LI Dongyuan,a famous doctor in the Jin and Yuan dynasties.The completion of this book marks the formal establishment of the spleen and stomach theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),which is of great significance for the development of TCM theory and clinic,and is a landmark work.The book Theory of Spleen and Stomach focuses on how to regulate the spleen and stomach,and from the spleen and stomach to treat the disease of the whole body.LI Dongyuan writes in the book with great delicacy,among which the most representative ones are the rules of prescription administration.LI Dongyuan pays attention to the temperature of the medicine when taking the medicine to adapt to the change of qi,pay attention to the time of taking drugs to use the power of nature,pay attention to the influence of rest,speech,labor and thinking on disease rehabilitation,pay attention to the appropriate and inappropriate diet after taking drugs to protect the spleen and stomach function,pay attention to the dose change and the timing to adapt to the phased needs of treatment,etc.However,with the development of modern TCM clinical practice,we have gradually weakened these rules in clinical practice,and it is necessary to explore them to further improve clinical efficacy.
