道医文献《扁鹊心书》医案的特点

摘要
宋代道医文献《扁鹊心书》中的医案是研究传统医药学的重要素材,然而目前学术界专题研究该书医案的成果甚为罕见.文章结合文献学和统计学等方法,着重分析了窦材亲自治疗的66个医案所呈现出的3个鲜明特点:病情复杂、多为重症,灼艾第一、配穴精简,并用丹药、每出奇效;最后探讨了《扁鹊心书》同时收载的窦材3个失败医案,以期给予启发.
Abstract
The medical cases in Bian Que Xin Shu,a Taoist medical literature in Song dynasty,are important materials for the study of traditional Chinese medicine.However,the achievements of the academic study on the medical case in this book are rare at present.This paper combined with the methods of literature and statistics,and emphatically analyzed the 66 medical cases treated by DOU Cai,which showed three distinctive characteristics:Complicated condition,most of them were severe;moxibustion therapy is used first,the concise collocation of acupoints;Dan medicine has good curative effect.Finally,it also discussed three failed medical cases of DOU Cai collected in Bian Que Xin Shu,which give us inspiration.
