Study on extraction technology of anti-asthma active part of Matricarla chamomilla L.
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of anti-asthma active parts of chamomile by using single factor orthogonal test. Methods:The single factor orthogonal design was used to evaluate the extraction technology of anti-asthma active components of chamomile, taking the content, extraction rate and in vitro screening of anti-asthma extracts of the characteristic components of chamomile, namely caffeoyl quinic acid(3,4-di-O-caffeoyl quinic acid and 4,5-di-O-caffeoyl quinic acid)as the inspection indexes. Results:The optimal extraction conditions were determined as follows:70%ethanol was used as extraction solvent, the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:30,reflux extraction was carried out twice, and each extraction time was 2 h.Conclusion:The single factor orthogonal experiment is used to determine the optimal extraction process of anti-asthma active components of chamomile.
