双参散结方联合Stupp方案治疗气虚血瘀型胶质母细胞瘤术后患者的近期疗效分析

摘要
目的:观察双参散结方联合Stupp方案治疗气虚血瘀型胶质母细胞瘤(GBM)术后患者的近期疗效.方法:将55例气虚血瘀型GBM术后患者分为2组,对照组27例采用Stupp方案,双参组28例采用双参散结方联合Stupp方案,比较两组的临床疗效.结果:治疗3个月后,双参组中医证候积分总分、生活质量评分总分、卡氏评分改善方面均优于对照组(P＜0.05),两组神经功能状态及不良反应无明显差异.双参组6个月无进展生存(PFS)率为89.29％(25/28),对照组为62.96％(17/27),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:双参散结方联合Stupp方案可改善气虚血疲型GBM术后患者的临床症状,提高生活质量,稳定神经功能状态,改善功能状态,提高6个月PFS率,且安全性较好.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the short-term efficacy of Shuangshen Sanjie Formula combined with Stupp regimen in the treatment of postoperative glioblastoma(GBM)patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:Fifty-five postoperative GBM patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis were divided into two groups,the control group of 27 cases was treated with Stupp regimen,and the Shuangshen Sanjie Formula combined with Stupp regimen was used in the 28 cases of Shuangshen group,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,the score of quality of life and the improvement of KPS score in the Shuangshen group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05),but there was no significant difference in neurological function and adverse reactions.The 6-month progression-free survival(PFS)rate was 89.29％(25/28)in the Shuangshen group and 62.96％(17/27)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Shuangshen Sanjie Formula combined with Stupp regimen can improve the clinical symptoms of postoperative GBM patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis,improve the quality of life,stabilize the state of neurological function,improve the functional state,increase the rate 6-month PFS rate,and is safe.
