Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of midnight-noon ebb-flow Najia method on acute ischemic stroke
Objective:To investigate the effects of midnight-noon ebb-flow Najia method on acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods:Sixty patients of AIS were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The treatment group selected acupoints on time every day according to the midnight-noon ebb-flow Najia method of XU Feng, according to the daily menstruation and the time of treatment, acupuncture treatment was performed by matching the Liuzhu time acupoints with diseased acupoints;the control group selected conventional acupuncture according to the clinical symptoms. The comprehensive efficacy of the degree of national institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score, activities, daily living(ADL)and coagulation index were compared between the two groups. Results:The total response rate of treatment group was 96.67%(29/30),significantly better than 80.00%(24/30)of control group(P<0.05);the ADL score was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01),NIHSS score and coagulation index of patients were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of the midnight-noon ebb-flow Najia method in treating AIS is significant, which may be related to the increase of cerebral collateral blood perfusion,blood-brain barrier, blood coagulation function and fibrinogen.
