摘要
"辨敏选穴,择术以治"是指在敏化腧穴理论的指导下,结合传统辨病、辨证、辨经、辨穴的临床诊治理念,选取敏化腧穴与适宜刺激方式进行施治,强调六辨新思想,重点突出中医特色辨敏个体化的治疗理念.文章通过探讨腧穴、敏化腧穴、适宜刺激和针灸处方之间的关系,来阐述"辨敏选穴,择术以治",以期更好地指导临床治疗,进一步提高临床疗效,为腧穴敏化理论研究及临床应用提供借鉴.
Abstract
'Differentiating sensitive acupoints and choosing techniques to treat'means that under the guidance of the theory of sensitive acupoints,combined with the traditional clinical diagnosis and treatment concepts of disease differentiation,syndrome differentiation,meridian differentiation and acupoint differentiation,sensitive acupoints and appropriate stimulation methods are selected for treatment,emphasizing the new ideas of six differentiation,focusing on the individualized treatment concept of sensitive differentiation with Chinese medicine characteristics.By discussing the relationship among acupoints,sensitized acupoints,suitable stimulation and acupuncture prescription,this paper expounds'differentiating sensitive acupoints and choosing techniques to treat',in order to better guide clinical treatment,further improve clinical efficacy and provide reference for theoretical research and clinical application of acupoint sensitization.
