摘要
来去脉法作为中医脉学的新脉法体系,在提高临床辨证准确性方面发挥着积极的作用.来去脉法是以虚实理论为核心,通过诊察脉象的来去,联系三焦、气血、六经分析人体脏腑气血阴阳的虚实状态,综合运用于临床的一种脉法体系.文章首先梳理了来去脉法的历史源流,然后论述来去脉法体系中的虚实理论、定义诊法、辨证指导、临床意义,以期对临床诊断具有一定的指导价值.
Abstract
As a new pulse method system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)sphygmology,lai qu pulse method plays a positive role in improving the accuracy of clinical differentiation.Lai qu pulse method is a pulse method system that is comprehensively applied in clinical practice.It takes the theory of deficiency and excess as its core,and analyzes the deficiency and excess states of qi,blood,yin and yang in human organs by examining lai qu of pulse signals,connecting three jiao,qi and blood,and six meridians.The article first sorts out the historical origins of lai qu pulse method,and then discusses the theory of deficiency and excess,the definition of diagnostic methods,dialectical guidance,and clinical significance in the system of lai qu pulse method,in order to have certain guiding value for clinical diagnosis.
