新时代审因论治理论的内涵剖析和创新发展

摘要
审因论治是中医论治理论的关键基础,在治已病中发挥了非常重要的作用.随着"以健康为中心"医学模式的到来,审因论治理论应全方面渗入到健康医学中.文章系统梳理了审因论治理论的形成过程,在治未病思想和中医整体观念的指导下,创造性地提出了即时性病因和过程性病因,审察未病、欲病、已病、愈后4种状态下的影响因素,针对影响因素,提出干预方法,从而重构审因论治的理论内涵,有助于创新发展审因论治理论,以便更好地指导临床实践.
Abstract
The theory of treatment based on cause differentiation is a crucial foundation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment theory,which plays a very important role in the treatment of diseases.With the arrival of the'health-centered'medical model,the theory of treatment based on cause differentiation should be fully integrated into health medicine.The article systematizes the formation process of the theory of treatment based on cause differentiation,creatively proposing the immediate cause and process cause under the guidance of preventive treatment of disease and holism of traditional Chinese medicine,examines the influencing factors in the four states of pre-illness,desire for illness,illness,and recovery,and puts forward intervention methods for these factors,thus reconstructing the theoretical connotation of the theory of treatment based on cause differentiation,which is helpful for innovative development of the theory and better guidance of clinical practice.
