基于"按之快然"探讨"腧穴力敏-中枢敏化"的脑效应研究思路

摘要
"按之快然"是腧穴发展的起源.腧穴被"按之"后,对"快然"的生动描述,必然缘于"腧穴力敏-中枢敏化"的结果.文章以力敏针刺和力敏推拿为主要观察的力敏干预,并分别从神经影像学和神经生物学这两种当前主流脑科学研究技术进行评述,旨在阐明"按之快然"激发"腧穴力敏-中枢敏化"脑效应的客观科学思路.
Abstract
The genesis of acupoint development lies in the notion of'comforting sensation upon pressure'.Following manipulation,the vivid depiction of'comforting sensation'is inevitably rooted in the outcome of'acupoint sensitivity-central sensitization'.This article focuses on interventions involving sensitive needling and sensitive massage as primary observations of acupoint sensitivity.It provides a review from both neuroimaging and neurobiology,the two prevailing techniques in contemporary neuroscience,aiming to elucidate the objective scientific framework underlying the induction of'the comforting sensation upon pressure'and the ensuing'acupoint sensitivity-central sensitization'cerebral effects.
