基于系统生物学的男性不育病证研究存在的问题与对策

摘要
系统生物学作为一种综合性的研究方法,通过多种组学技术,整体、动态、多维度解释生命生理、病理过程和机制,符合中医的整体观念和辨证论治思想.男性不育是世界性难题,作为中医药治疗具有优势的病种,近年来运用系统生物学技术,如基因组学、蛋白组学、代谢组学对男性不育病证的研究日益增多,并取得了一定成果.文章从男性不育的疾病和证候研究角度对近年来基于系统生物学技术进行的国内外研究做一总结,并对其中存在的问题进行思考,提出相应的建议,以期进一步提高该病的诊疗水平.
Abstract
As a comprehensive research method,systems biology explains the physiological and pathological processes and mechanisms of life in a holistic,dynamic and multi-dimensional way through a variety of omics techniques,which conforms to the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine and the idea of syndrome differentiation and treatment.Male infertility is a worldwide problem.As traditional Chinese medicine has advantages in the treatment of disease,the use of systems biological techniques such as genomics,proteomics and metabolomics in the study of male infertility is increasing in recent years,and some achievements have been made.In this paper,the domestic and foreign studies based on systems biology technology in recent years were summarized from the perspective of diseases and syndromes of male infertility,and the existing problems were considered,the corresponding suggestions were put forward,in order to further improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
